On that day, a pro-rated amount for the first five days of usage was charged (whatever the logic is there). However, their invoicing is a disaster I believe! We upgraded our existing account to use also Zooms' Webinar module on August 19. The connectivity and quality of web calls is unmatched in the industry. I have been a very happy paying customer of Zoom for almost three years. I believe their invoicing department is an absolute horror.
